We are working with partners in Mexico City to organise a number of off-site field visits for the, 5th June and 6th June. Please register your interest for attending these visits and we will revert with further information once all details are confirmed. Transport to and from the hotel to the sites will be provided.

Event Fees and How to Pay

Delegate Event Fees

To assist with all catering and logistics, all delegates are kindly asked to make a contribution to the conference.

Event fees are $499 USD per person or $375 for NGO attendees, and are non-refundable once registration has been made. Name changes can be accommodated up to 7 days prior to the event (excluding hotel accommodation). Delegates must contact the hotel directly regarding any changes to accommodation bookings made with the InterContinental Presidente Mexico City and the hotel reserve the right to implement additional charges as per their booking conditions.

Please contact the hotel directly for all booking and payment queries related to the hotel. Unfortunately GCCA cannot assist with any hotel reservation queries.

GCCA have secured a block of rooms for this conference at the InterContinental Presidente Hotel  Mexico City. Preferential rate is $254 per night plus all applicable taxes and charges (16% VAT + 3.5%), including 1 breakfast at Cafe Urbano and wifi for Classic Room.  Please  book your rooms by 30th April  (A dedicated accommodation on-line reservation link can be used here  Hotel Reservations for travel dates 31 May - 7 June.  For any travel dates outside of these dates please use the hotel email below. Different rates will apply for nights outside these dates.

Each guest must provide credit card information and expiration date at the moment of booking request.
All the reservations will be identified under the code: “GCCA”.

To register and complete payment now, please complete all required fields and then click on PROCEED TO PAYMENT to complete your registration and pay by credit card. You will be asked to check the details of your registration and then you will see a FINISH AND PAY button. Please follow the instructions onscreen to pay by credit card. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes once payment has been made. Please check your junk/spam folder to ensure you have received a confirmation email from GCCA. Payment must be made via credit or debit card for your registration to be processed. Registration is only confirmed and received by us once payment has been made.
