We are shining a light on the essential work of women in our industry around the world. 

To mark International Women’s Day 2024, the GCCA and its members are sharing their thoughts and careers advice for women who may be looking to join the cement and concrete and discuss the importance of gender diversity. You can hear their thoughts in the playlist here.

Last year, we asked women working across its member companies in almost every country in the world, to send in short films profiling their important roles and work. We were amazed by the response – with more than 120 videos submitted by women working in a range of different roles.
