Hotel Accommodation with the NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding

The NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding hotel is an elegant oasis in the heart of the city's financial district. It boasts an innovative and ultramodern design and is considered one of the best accommodations for leisure and business in Madrid. Its common areas and lobby have been recently refurbished, as well as the opening of two new restaurant spaces: Casa de Comidas and Bikini Bar. In 2023 it renovated its meeting rooms, which are spacious, bright and highly versatile.

In the financial district, minutes from Paseo de la Castellana, one of the city’s main avenues.
In the same street as Real Madrid’s famous Bernabeu Stadium and surrounded by restaurants and boutiques.

Please ensure you reserve your accommodation at your earliest opportunity to take advantage of GCCA's preferred rate - 240€ per night (excluding tax) for a Superior Double on a sole occupancy basis including buffet breakfast.

Room Upgrades

If you wish to upgrade your room to a VIP Level room or a Suite. Please kindly book your Superior Double first and then contact reservations to complete the room upgrade for you.

We have a room block reserved at the hotel from May 31, 2026 through June 5, 2026 if anyone wishes to arrive earlier to enjoy the City or extend a little longer. Booking your room is simple, just  Click on the link  to open our GCCA booking page and then scroll down to Select button.  Complete the instructions on screen to complete your reservation and receive our preferred rate. The page will remain open until 7 days before the event. Rooms are on a first come first served basis. Once all rooms are sold, rooms will be subject to availability at hotel rates.

Booking Conditions

All confirmed bookings made through the group booking link will be guaranteed by the delegates credit card for  the total stay to the credit card provided

Cancellations made upto 15 days prior to arrival are free of charge

Cancellations made from 14-7 days the hotel will charge the first night only

Cancellations made 6 days or less will be subject to 100% charges including a no-show

Please contact the hotel directly for all booking and payment queries related to the hotel. Unfortunately GCCA cannot assist with any hotel reservation queries or changes to reservations.

All the reservations will be identified under the code: “GCCA Group”.

To register and complete payment now, please complete all required fields and then click on PROCEED TO PAYMENT to complete your registration and pay by credit card.  You will be asked to check the details of your registration and then you will see a FINISH AND PAY button. Please follow the instructions onscreen to pay by credit card. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes once payment has been made. Please check your junk/spam folder to ensure you have received a confirmation email from GCCA. For any registration queries, please contact conference@gccassociation.org.

Payment must be made via credit or debit card for your registration to be processed. Conference registration is only confirmed and received by us once payment has been made.
