With the finalisation of a third expansion stage of its Celitement™ pilot plant, Schwenk Zement GmbH & Co. KG is now entering the last project phase to finally become market ready for its innovative binder concept. This cement alternative is based on so called hydraulic calcium hydrosilicates (hCHS) which are produced by transforming nonreactive CSH-phases from an autoclave process to very reactive binders by a special kind of activation grinding.
