Description:
Jacek Orzel Location: Poland As a modern multi disciplinary artist concrete is very useful in my installation and sculptures. Im mixing Concrete with epoxy resins, clay and other stuffs to get different effects. In this sculpture I'm inspired by zen philosophy. I want to share the idea that less is more and other values which one are close to Buddhism Zen. Sculpture was made in my studio in Bochnia (small Poland city). The most important thing for me in this work is the motif of transience which is present in Japanese Zen Buddhism because sculpture after making the photo is destroyed by me.From pieces im making another one again, again and again. Because you can always do something and be present when you don't have to much. That's the point of Buddhist Philosophy.
