Urban Concrete

Description:

Victor Zhuo @victor_zhuo Location: Singapore This public housing flat in Singapore is painted in several bright colors and arranged in a geometric pattern similar to the work of artist Piet Mondrian. Concrete plays a significant role in our daily lives as it is the key material used to build such flats for public housing. By painting the concrete, the flats are transformed into works of art. I took this image due to its bright and cheerful colors, and the interesting geometric pattern. I am amazed how concrete can be used to create something both beautiful and very functional.
